Camp Cools Weekend Camp'09 Registration

Fine Print:

• All Camp attendees must have a valid CCA/UCI or ABA race license. 
• All Camp attendees must completely fill out and return the registration form (either in person, by fax, email or snail mail) to complete the registration process.
• The registration form can be brought to the track on the first day of the camp only if payment was made online.
• RIDERS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE TRACK WITHOUT THE COMPLETED registration form.
• This Camp is open to ALL ages- ALL skill levels - ALL tracks - ALL sanctions.

There are two ways that you can register for the camp, the old fashioned mail system (snail mail) and the online system.  

To secure your spot instantly please use paypal online below and we will guarantee you a spot.  However there is a small convenience fee to do so. And you will still need to print off the registration form, fill it out and return it (signed) to the mailing address or fax below OR bring it to the track on the first day of the camp.

You can fill out the registration form, mail it together with your check ($250.00 for Full Camp / $200.00 for Day Camp).  However this will delay your registration by up to 2 weeks as we wait for your check to clear the bank, if we run out of spots in that time we will be forced to return your check to you and decline your request to attend.  Using this method please make checks payable to Airdrie BMX and forward them to:

For Online Registration and securing your spot INSTANTLY:

To Register online for the 2009 Summer Camp Cools as a Day Camper for $200.00 + $5.00 convenience fee please enter the Rider's (Camper's) name and email address that you will be using on the registration form and hit the "Add To Cart" button.  Please print off the camp registration form and bring it with the camper (Rider) on the first day of the camp or mail or fax it in.

Upon hitting the 'add-to-cart' button you will re-directed to a secure server to complete the transaction.  You will be given the option of paying by credit card on the left side of the page or by using your paypal account on the right.  To add another Camper (Rider) you will be given the option on the next page to return here to "continue shopping".

To Register for the 2009 Summer Camp Cools as a Full Camper for $250.00 + $6.00 online/credit card convenience fee please enter the Rider's (Camper's) name and email address that you will be using on the registration form below and hit the "Add To Cart" button.

Online registration for the Camp is now closed.  We do still have some spots remaining please come to the track at 5-6pm Friday June 5 to register in person.

Upon completing the registration process you will receive a letter by email advising that you have been accepted and letting you know what to bring on the first day.

PLEASE NOTE THESE TYPES OF CAMPS WILL EASILY COST YOU OVER $100 IN EXCESS OF THESE AMOUNTS IN THE UNITED STATES (in US funds).  We are bringing you the best for less and bringing it right to your back yard.
